Sucre is Bolivia's most beautiful city: white façades, tiled roofs, cloisters and shady squares in a valley with a mild climate. It's where independence was declared. You eat well, wander, climb to the Recoleta viewpoint and see a wall covered with thousands of dinosaur footprints. The ideal place to settle in for a few days.
