Camiri is a small Chaco town at the foot of the last Andean hills, born with oil in the 20th century. It's also Guaraní land, and the gateway to the area where Che led his guerrilla campaign in 1967, towards Lagunillas and the Ñancahuazú river. A stop between Santa Cruz and the Chaco.
